Tore Bolstad holds a master's degree in animal nutrition from the Department of Animal and Aquacultural Sciences at the Norwegian University of Life Sciences. With 14 years of experience in the same department, he has focused on projects related to milk quality and ruminant nutrition. Tore possesses deep knowledge in the field of lipids, including lipid biology and chemistry. At Vitas, he plays a vital role as the expert responsible for fatty acid analysis and method development using Gas Chromatography (GC). His expertise ensures accurate analysis, method validation, and maintenance of GC instruments. Additionally, Tore is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining in-house databases at Vitas, enhancing data management capabilities.
